We will show you just how easy it is to create professional looking cookies. Learn how to outline, flood and create easy designs using royal icing. Class will include learning the proper consistency and techniques using royal icing to achieve a smooth look on your cookies. Also, a demo on rolling and baking tips for cut-out cookies. Also, plenty of time for you to practice on approximately 10 – 12 Winter and Valentine shaped sugar cookies. Recipes included.  Minimum age recommended: 14 yrs.

What was once a classroom party treat has now become a very trendy dessert served at both formal and informal events. In this hands-on class, you will learn how to fill cupcakes and decorate cupcakes using different icings and decorating techniques. Cupcake and filling flavors include chocolate, vanilla and other seasonal flavors. Students will take home approximately 10-12 cupcakes. Recipes included.

Forget those expensive caramel apples at the mall!  Learn how to make your own fancy gourmet caramel apples.  In this class you will learn how to create these delicious treats starting with buying the apples to ending with packaging and storing. Each student will make 2 gourmet caramel apples.  The first will be the popular apple pie caramel apple and the second will be with the toppings of your choice.  Choose from pecans, toffee, coconut, chocolate chips, sprinkles, and more. Recipes included.

Our flavors and toppings may not be as outrageous but, they will be very tasty.  Wait until you see the delicious ones you can make right in our own oven. We will show you how to make Cinnamon, Apple Spice or Chocolate Donuts. Then you can add a choice of glazes or toppings and finish with sprinkles and edible glitter. All ages welcome!

Come and learn about the newest dessert craze!  These delicious bite size treats are made of cake, icing and chocolate.  How could it get any better than this?   We will demonstrate how to make these tasty treats with a variety of cake flavors, icings and decorations.  Then it is your turn to get creative and have some fun decorating the cake pops and cake push-up pop.
