In store pick up orders will be available for pick up within 1 hour of placing the order. Orders must be placed by 4:30pm Tuesday – Friday and Saturday by 1:30pm for same day pick up. Our walk-in store hours are Tuesday – Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm. We can also deliver your order curbside by calling us at 586.336.7777 when you arrive in the parking lot.
Orders under $75.00 choose flat rate shipping for $8.00. Orders over $75.00 ship free. We ship using UPS (United Parcel Service), Fed Ex and USPS Priority Mail (United States Postal Service). With each order we evaluate the distance from our store and the weight and size of your order then choose the fastest and safest method for shipping.
WHEN DO WE SHIP?
Orders received before 10:00am EST Monday – Friday will be packaged and shipped the same day, unless an item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock we will contact you so please provide accurate contact information. All orders will go out within 24 hours or sooner.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We work to ship orders as quickly as possible. Sometimes orders may take a day or two before they ship if the item is out of stock or if the order was placed before a weekend or holiday. If you need your order by a certain date, please send us an email to email@example.com with your order number letting us know date needed.
