In Flowers and Cake Design, you will work with royal icing, the ideal medium to use when creating flowers and decorations in advance.  You will also develop core skills to make many varieties of flowers, such as pansies and roses.  You’ll explore sophisticated ways to bring your cakes and desserts to life!  Then, you’ll discover the secrets of arranging them in a beautifully balanced cake-top bouquet. Your amazing flowers will be framed by an impressive boarder treatment or basket weave design.
